What this is

Tickr is a launchpad whose coins pay a dividend. Every coin launched on the Tickr curve has its creator fees claimed, swapped into one tokenized stock, and paid to its holders every six hours. The creator is not the only wallet that gets paid.

Opening a slot

A creator opens a launch slot. Opening a slot costs TICKR, charged when the curve opens for the coin. At that moment the creator names one asset from the curated list: NVDAx, SPYx, TSLAx or AAPLx. The list stays short so Jupiter liquidity on each asset is real and the register stays legible.

The dividend asset cannot be changed after launch. It is written into the coin's record when the slot opens. A holder who buys the coin knows exactly what the fees will be converted into, for the life of the coin.

The six hour cycle

The keeper runs at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UTC. It claims the creator fees of every coin on the Tickr curve, routes 10% to the platform cut, swaps the rest on Jupiter into the coin's named asset, snapshots holders through Helius, and posts a merkle root to the Anchor distributor. Each declaration is printed in the register with its amount, its wallet count and its root.

A cycle in which a coin did not trade produces nothing to claim and publishes no root for that coin. Payouts follow volume only.

Snapshots and pro rata

Your share of a declaration is your balance at the snapshot divided by the eligible supply at the snapshot. Buying after the snapshot puts you in the next one. Selling before it takes you out of that one.

A dust floor applies so the merkle tree and the claim cost stay sane. The floor is printed on each coin's page. Roots do not expire: a declaration you never claimed stays claimable later.

The cut

100% of creator fees are claimed by the keeper. 10% is the platform cut: it buys TICKR on the market and burns it. 90% is swapped into the coin's xStock and distributed pro rata to holders. The burn signatures are listed from the burn wallet once the first settlement clears.

TICKR and the curve

TICKR launches on its own Meteora DBC curve and graduates to a DEX pool. It has two jobs: it opens launch slots, and it is the only burn sink for the platform cut. More dividend volume across child coins means more TICKR bought and burned. No yield is promised, here or anywhere else on this site.

The backend this site reads

GET /kv/desk_totals · paid, wallets, burned

GET /list/payouts · the register of declarations

GET /list/claims · per wallet accrual rows

GET /list/slots · the public slot queue

GET /token · market data after graduation

Curve price, market cap and progress are read from the curve program itself, not from the indexer. Figures start at zero and say so until the first cycle settles.

Risks

Payouts depend entirely on the trading volume of each coin. A quiet coin pays nothing. xStocks are a third party tokenized stock product; what you receive is xStock tokens bought with fee revenue. You do not own equity, you receive no company dividend, and you hold no shareholder right. Nothing here is a promise of return.

xStocks are tokenized stock bought with fee revenue. You do not own equity and these are not company dividends. Payouts depend entirely on the trading volume of each coin. A game, not financial advice. Keep your keys to yourself.

Questions

Which assets are allowed. NVDAx, SPYx, TSLAx and AAPLx at launch. The list grows only where Jupiter liquidity supports it.

What if a coin stops trading. No fees, no swap, no declaration. Older roots stay claimable.

What happens to a claim you never make. Nothing. Roots never expire and the distributor keeps your leaf open.
